That year local creative collectives, as well as actors
from
“Ball is not a concert, ball is not a show, and one should dance there!” – with these words, the marshal of the ball Igor Sklyar, the professor of the Moscow State University of Culture and Arts, has opened the first part of the program, devoted to dancing.
“Russian ball” lasted around four hours. In the second part, for visitors tired of waltz and polonaise, small concert has been prepared. Visitors have chosen and crowned king and queen of the ball. In conclusion – gorgeous three-tier pie.
Among the lucky invited ones – winners of school Olympiads, representatives of the Estonian dancing collectives, leaders of public projects, publishers, experts on history of balls from St.Petersburg and Moscow, and guests from France, Holland and Finland.
